International Student Application
To apply to the New Zealand College of Chiropractic as an international student, please download the application form pdf. You can print and return the application form by email to chanelle.kerr@nzchiro.co.nz,
by fax to +64 9 526 6788, or by post to New Zealand College of
Chiropractic, Admissions Officer, PO Box 113-044, Newmarket, Auckland,
New Zealand.
Please note you will need to supply certified translated copies of the following documents
- Academic records and any official examination certifications
- Two passport sized photographs
- Certified copy of passport or birth certificate
- NZ$100 application fee
