To apply to the New Zealand College of Chiropractic as a domestic student, please download the application form pdf . You can print and return the application form by email to chanelle.kerr@nzchiro.co.nz ,
by fax to +64 9 526 6788, or by post to New Zealand College of
Chiropractic, Admissions Officer, PO Box 113-044, Newmarket, Auckland,
New Zealand.
Please note you will need to supply certified translated copies of the following documents
- Academic records and any official examination certifications
- Two passport sized photographs
- Certified copy of passport or birth certificate
- NZ$100 application fee
